Your driver will provide you with the car(s) of your choice for a minimum 3 hour period. If extra time is required this can be booked in advance at a rate of £40 + VAT per half hour. Also included is a mileage allowance of 40 miles from Cobham (KT11) back to Cobham.  If the wedding and the reception are at the same place, then at your request the bride and groom will be taken on a 30 minute drive to allow preparations to be made at the venue for their receiving by the guests. Champagne will be offered for you to enjoy before you arrive at the reception venue. At the time of booking, our distance calculations are made using AA route planner and any extra mileage will be charged at £1.50 per mile + VAT.

The bridal car will also receive white ribbons to the front and neutral flowers to the parcel shelf in the rear. If you have other requirements regarding decoration of the car(s), please call us to obtain a further quotation.

If you wish to inspect the car(s) we will happily bring them to your home address free of charge.

In case any members of your party are without something to throw, we have a supply of confetti or rice in the car:

Terms and Conditions

On booking of a 'Church on Time' Wedding car, we require a deposit of 50% paid via cheque or Worldpay.  This must be received by us no later than 7 days from the first contact.  Failure to do this will result in your reservation being lost.  Extras including mileage greater than 40 miles from KT11 1HQ back to Cobham and total time greater then 3 hours, will be incorporated into the final balance.  The final balance must be paid in full no later than 28 days before the day of the ceremony.  Failure to do this will result in cancellation of the booking by us and loss of the deposit. 

Our entire liability under or in connection with the Contract whether for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise shall not in any circumstances exceed the amount of the charges shown in the Confirmation/Booking Form for the Service. 
We shall not be liable to you in respect of any claim unless it is made in writing and particulars are received by us on or before the tenth day after the date we provided the Service. 
You are responsible for and shall indemnify us against any loss or damage caused to the Vehicle or any additional costs or expenses we incur due to any act, omission or default of any Passenger.

Please note:  Smoking is prohibited in all of our vehicles, but if you need to calm your nerves our drivers will happily pull over somewhere appropriate for you to do so.

Cancellation policy

It is a sad fact of life that sometimes plans do change and you may need to cancel the booking.  If this occurs up to 28 days before the ceremony date, monies paid will be held by us.  If we are able to re-allocate the vehicle to another event for the date reserved, we will refund the monies less a £20 admin fee back to you.  If this occurs within the last 28 days until the ceremony, then all monies paid up to that point will be lost.  We can only accept cancellation in writing from the person named on the original booking form. 

Whilst we make every effort to supply the vehicle(s) as booked, we are unable to accept any responsibility for any alteration, cancellation or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.  In the unlikely event the vehicle(s) booked cannot be supplied, we will either try and source a suitable replacement vehicle or offer a full refund.
